Soft washing is the best technique for roof cleaning. Pressure washing roofs will damage the shingle surfaces and shorten the life of the shingles. Our technique kills the mildew as well as cleans the surface and will keep it looking clean longer.
If the roof is cleaned properly, using no pressure, it should be cleaned every 3 1/2 to 4 years.
Although we are not professional window cleaners, our method does clean debris off windows and leaves them looking good.
This depends on personal circumstances and preferences but most people have their home cleaned once a year.
What we quote as an estimate for a job is the final cost unless the scope of work changes per the customer.
